You will learn quick and easy ways to incorporate more fresh vegetables into your diet, and delightful dishes that will satisfy your palate as well as impress your guests.

In the Vegetarian and Gluten-free Cooking Class, students will work through the cookbook, “MaMa Mia Cucina”, learning the skills of healthy cooking, while beginning with simple recipes and skills that will be continue developing through the end of the course. Students will learn gluten-free and vegetarian cooking and options, while weaving healthy eating, knife skills, menu planning, etiquette and tableware placement into the program. Upon completion of the class, students will be required to form ‘teams’, plan a menu, prepare and serve utilizing all skills that were learned throughout the course.
