Cynthia Goch of GochYa Cooking cooks a NEW Mushroom Recipe, as she cooks it once and serves it up twice! A cooking demonstration filled with cooking tips, serving suggestions and options. A book signing for the NEW Revised Edition of “MaMa Mia Cucina ~ A Flavor of Good Food and Good Family” will follow the demonstration on Sunday, September 11 at Noon – Under the Culinary Tent.
Cynthia shares the stage with The Food Network’s Iron Chef Jose Garces, Bravo TV’s Kevin Sbraga, and Fox Network’s Master Chef Jennifer Behm.
Cynthia shares her inspiration and celebrates her cookbook, MaMa Mia Cucina ~ A Flavor of Good Food and Good Family, her hometown roots of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and generations of family and cooking on “Pittsburgh Today Live” TV – KDKA. Click here to view this televised interview.
